AV Hire refund policy

Below is the refund policy that is applicable to all bookings

A refund of 100% will be provided should nunanaudiovisual withdraw from an event after deposit has been paid
In the case of mult-day events, should nunanaudiovisual withdraw from the event midway through an appropriate refund of 20-80% will be provided
In cases where there were major technical errors that were that were the sole fault of nunanaudiovisual that effected the quality of the performance a refund between 10-100% will be provided, as appropriate. (100% refunds will only be provided if technical errors lead to the cancellation of an event)
Automatic Honesty refund: Should the customer feel for any reason that the quality of the production was not up to their expected standard a refund of 10% will be provided without question.

Terms and Conditions

All bookings are subject to the below Terms & Conditions:

In bookings where a deposit is required, in the event the customer cancels, postpones or moves the date/time of the event past the minimum stated period, deposit is non-refundable
In cases of multi-day events should the customer cancel the event midway through the customer is required to pay any and all outstanding payments due; expect in cases of exceptional circumstances such as but not limited to; pandemic, public health emergency, security/terrorism threat.
Should the customer fail to pay the agreed amount in full 30 days after the complication of the event, nunanaudiovisual reserves to the right to impose a 'late fee' between 5-25% on the outstanding amount. The amount will escalate incrementally with further delay of payment.
nunanaudiovisual does not provided any audio visual equipment, we only provide the knowledge and expertise required to operate said equipment.
In the event the customer does not provide all the relevant information required to deliver all technical aspects of the event in a timely fashion, taking into account the size of the event; nunanaudiovisual is under no obligation to deliver on the requests, should we not be informed of the requirements in a timely fashion.
Systems designs, drawing plans and show programming is the sole property of 'nunanaudiovisual' The company is under no obligation to provide system designs, drawing plans or show programs developed by nunanaudiovisual for use in future productions to the customer
nunanaudiovisual reverses the right to withdraw from any event, without refund should employees of the company be subject to any form of verbal, physical or sexual abuse or any form of harassment by the customer or employees of the customer.
In the event the customer provides a ready existing audio/lighting system. nunanaudiovisual is not responsible should any technical faults occur, that is solely caused by malfunctioning equipment provided by the customer that effects the quality of the performance or event.
Should any accidental damage be caused to the customers ready and existing audio and lighting systems nunanaudiovisual only accepts limited liability.
In cases where audio visual equipment is rented/hired from a third party company, nunanaudiovisual accepts no responsibility for any faults or errors that occur with that equipment.
Any additional terms & conditions that are added onto a contract with individual customers on a case by case basis. Customers will be informed should any additional T&Cs be added.
